     GFAR is a resource for those actively involved in the real estate industry as well as anyone who needs information on a real estate related issue.    


April 11, 2014, marks the 46th anniversary of the passage of the U.S. Fair Housing Law, Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, as amended, which enunciates a national policy of Fair Housing without regard to race, color, religion, sex, familial status, handicap and national origin, and encourages fair housing opportunities for all citizens. The Great Falls Association of REALTORS®, do hereby resolve that April 2014, being Fair Housing Month, begins a year-long commemoration of the U.S. Fair Housing Law in Great Falls, MT and urge all citizens to wholeheartedly recognize this celebration throughout the year.

Mission Statement:  The Purpose of the Great Falls Association of REALTORS is to advocate on behalf of the interests of property owners to ensure their right to own, transfer and enjoy real estate. To serve it's members and the public by promoting a high level of professional standards and ethical business practices.
