GFAR Education Policy

The Montana Board of Realty Regulationregulates real estate education

requirements in Montana. The Montana B.R.R. requires Montana REALTORS®

to have sixteen (16) hours of continuing education credits each year. It is

required for 2012 that all real estate licensees and property managers complete

a 4 hour core course. This includes new licensees. Montana REALTORS® are

required to have all sixteen (16) credits completed by

October 31, 2012.
